Yes, in fact we offer a Free Plan! Our Starter plan is designed for low usage and test purpose, we recommend all our users to first signup for the Free Starter Plan, test Let’s Time IT out, ensure it meets all their requirements and then upgrade to any of our paid plans!

Let’s Time IT Timers are global in nature, while you may login from a particular timezone and setup your campaigns according to it, the timer by default are not attached to any timezone and they “start/pause/stop” based on your commands

Yes, technically the TV or Screen needs to be connected via HDMI or any other method to a computer (desktop or laptop) and the timer will be opened and mirrored onto the TV / Screen from the same. 

Yes, while we do not have an “App” for that, you can use the Smart TV’s inbuilt browser to open your campaign timer’s public link and display the timer on the TV or Screen

If you are in any of our paid plans (Professional or Premium), you have the option to remove Let’s Time IT logo with your own logo on the timers. Please note, the admin panel itself will always have the Let’s Time IT logo and that cannot be removed. 

To create a timer, you need to create a campaign first. Consider campaigns like your events or conferences, and within the same, you will have timers that correspond to the sessions. So to create a timer, first create a campaign

Let’s Calendar is part of our product offering and using Let’s Calendar you can send bulk calendar invites for your event or conference. Let’s Time IT and Let’s Calendar are part of the same product company and if you are a paid subscriber of either of the products, you can get additional discounts. 

We offer email support to customer on Professional or Premium plans. Customers on Starter plan can refer to our help centre for any how to, they can email us as well for any support and we will be happy to answer their questions but “support” as such for Starter plan users is not offered beyond help centre.

Yes, we support bank transfers however our bank is located in United States of America, and hence any transaction charge or surcharges, they need to be paid by you.

No. Let’s Time IT is a try it before you buy it product. We offer a forever free account and you are free to try it out before you decide to buy or upgrade to a premium plan. We highly recommend you test the platform out and only upgrade when you are happy with it’s features and know that it meets your requirements
